Family Medicine Doctor & Clinic Owner

Dr. Anthony received a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Mississippi State University in 1995. Following his time at MSU, he earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 1999. Dr. Anthony completed his family medicine residency at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa in 2002 and returned to Starkville to begin his family medicine career. After working for several years in a multi-doctor clinic setting, he opened Starkville Family Practice in 2008. Dr. Anthony focuses on comprehensive medical care, including special interests in diabetes management, hypertension, weight loss, acute care, dermatology (including minor surgical procedures), and wellness exams.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Foley Davis Graham is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Mississippi University for Women in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Foley practiced in the inpatient hospital setting as an RN before returning to MUW where she received her Master of Science in Nursing and began working as a family nurse practitioner in 2018. Continuing her education, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2023 from MUW. Foley has practiced as a nurse practitioner in a variety of settings including primary care and family practice; inpatient medicine; pulmonary and sleep medicine; and home hospice.
